I’ve been trying out these Vitamin C liquid supplements from your zooki They’re a vitamin C liquid & contain 1000mg of liposomal Vitamin C per sachet. It can be taken straight from the sachet or mixed with water. The liquid is a clear orange colour & when mixed with water It turns into a creamy milky orange drink & is absolutely Delicious. You can also add them into smoothies, porridge etc. Vitamin C synthesises collagen so is great for skin repair, healthy hair, nails & a powerful antioxidant.
How they work:
The Vit C is encapsulated in something called liposomes which in essence helps the high dose of vitamin C to actually enter your cells & not be just passed through the body & excreted. I have recently been doing a lot of walking on my home treadmill 1+ hours a day, whilst i’ve been taking these & I have to say I’ve had loads of energy & not felt tired at all.
