It’s by This Works & it’s called deep sleep pillow spray, it contains a therapeutic blend of Lavender, Vetivert & Chamomile & it’s designed to help you naturally fall asleep. I do have trouble getting to sleep sometimes when my mind is whirring about stuff. However I have noticed when I use this I do seem to fall asleep pretty quickly & it smells amazing too, a great aromatic blend, just a few sprays onto your pillow is enough.
