La Roche-Posay Skincare

Hi everyone & hope you’re having a good start to your week?
Today I’m talking a about Lipikar Baume AP+. I tried this out after I’d been using my retinol treatment for a few nights in my evening routine. It’s a nice medium/thick consistency with a barley there fragrance so almost fragrance free, it applied into my skin lovely, it did make my skin look shiny for a few mins until it had soaked in. I applied some to the backs of my hands too as they are extremely dry at the moment & it has taken the dryness off my knuckles brilliantly! The next morning my face felt calmed, soothed & ready for my retinol again the next night. I think this is an excellent cream if you have very dry or irritated skin as it’s super nice & soothing.
La Rich-Posay say: Made for adults & children this soothing baume contains the exclusive ingredient aqua poses filiformis which helps to restore skins natural barrier & thermal spring water to treat itch-prone skin. It also contains niacinamide & Shea butter to sooth/prevent scratching irritated skin. Clinically proven to hydrate & reduce severe dryness to have more comfortable skin.
•Paraben free.
•Hypoallergenic. •Suitable for all skin types.
