Hi lovelies how are you all today? I’ve been trying this skincare range which Bedizen London very kindly sent me. I’ve been trying it over the last few days & here are my thoughts.
First we have a plant derived squalane which is a saturated lipid & offers excellent hydration for the skin, It’s naturally produced by human skin cells as a component of sebum, however as we get older the amount produced by us naturally decreases which can result in dry skin. Bedizen squalane is 100% derived from sugar cane & non- comedogenic (non clogging) It can be used on the skin for hydration & also on hair to increase shine & prevent breakage. I’ve tried this on my face over the last few days it’s clear, fragrance free & felt extremely hydrating. My skin felt plumped & soft when using it. Next I have the Pure Chilean Rosehip Seed oil which is a lovely orange colour & melts into the skin extremely well. 100% Organic, Pure & unrefined to preserve its efficacy. As it’s unrefined it has a natural smell to it, however once on the skin this disappears completely. It contains omega 6 & omega 3 fatty acids, provitamin A (mainly beta carotene) which the body converts to retinol & also tretinoin a type of retinoid, which helps reduce wrinkles. It contains antioxidants for overall skin health. My skin has felt beautifully smooth & silky from using this oil. I used it in my evening routine then again the next morning along with the squalane, my skin it feeling lovely & smooth with no break outs or irritation. Lastly the Pure Moroccan Argan oil, this is cold pressed from the kernels of the Argan tree in North Africa, containing fatty acids for their moisturising properties, squalene which is super hydrating & antioxidants including vitamin E & melatonin for skin rejuvenation. I’ve been using this at night time in my hair, then washing it the next morning. I haven’t used an oil in my hair in a while & can honestly say my hair feels super silky, smooth & shiny from using this oil- no bad hair day here! my hair’s been blow drying brilliantly.
