I’m sure some of you will have seen this already but I just want to mention the new Headspace series on Netflix which are guided meditations (there is an app too) . I’ve been watching them & find them really calming & relaxing. If you’ve never tried meditation before & are feeling a bit stressed etc this is definitely worth a watch! They’re only about 20 mins each so not too long either.
