For todays Friday Faves I have these beautiful products from an innovative new skincare range from @talika available at @johnbellandcroyden
I have four products in total & I’ve been using them for the last couple of weeks.
They work to rebalance the skins microbiome by providing prebiotics which are specific food for good bacteria & also extracts of prebiotics which help to stimulate skin’s natural defences.
Here are my thoughts, first we have:
*Moisturising Foam Cleanser : A really beautiful light foam cleanser, a couple of pumps dispensed into your hands is enough then you apply to a DRY face & work into the skin in circular motions. It’s such a lovely texture, it’s light but a little creamy & it left my skin feeling really clean & refreshed.
*Hydrating Serum: Containing a blend of peptides for collagen synthesis & to help tighten damaged & sagging skin for a regenerated complexion. Packed with plant prebiotics including beetroot, corn & lactic to soothe the skin & help calm redness. Hyalauronic acid to highly moisturise, aloe vera to soothe & moisturise. Lipopeptide naturally soothes & Anti-pollution polysaccharide to help protect skin from pollution stressors. A medium weight serum & felt super hydrating for my skin.
*Hydrating Light Cream: contains plant based prebiotic complex & lactic probiotic extracts, hyaluronic acid, Aloe Vera, Vitamin E a powerful antioxidant & Anti-pollution Saccharide. I used this straight after the serum & they work really well together, the cream is a white cream with medium consistency, you can really feel it soaking & absorbing into the skin. I’ve used these for a couple of weeks now & my skin is feeling extremely plumped & bouncy.
*Moisturising Gentle Scrub: This is such a nice product. Containing: prebiotics from green microalgae, Kaolin to purify, gently exfoliate, remineralise & absorb excess oil, wild chamomile to soothe & sweet almond protein to moisturise. Again you apply this to DRY skin & leave for a few mins, then you use circular motions with your fingertips to move the product. It looks like the product is pilling on your skin, what it’s doing is gently exfoliating the skin & WOW! my skin felt soft as a babies bum when I rinsed my face. Magic!
